Bodyweight exercises

Suspension systems - also known as TRX. Ideal for strengthening and toning your entire body
Trapezes - can be easily mounted in a doorway. Ideal for strengthen your shoulder, back, and arm muscles
Exercise wheels - for strengthening abdominal, chest, back, and arm muscles
Rubber expanders - good for training and stretching your entire body. Provide a resistance of 0-50 kg depending on their thickness
Balance trainers - can use them to do similar exercises as on the ground. At the same time they help you to develop balance, stability, and physical coordination
Gymnastic balls - used to exercise balance and stability. You can also use them for relaxation (a healthier alternative to sitting in a chair)
Exercise mats - absorb pressure and shock during exercise. Protect your knees and forearms from bruises and abrasions.

Fitness training

Skipping ropes - differ depending on their length and material. Choose a rope 80-100 cm longer than you are tall
Training masks - simulated training in thinner air at higher altitudes. They help to increase lung capacity and anaerobic threshold

Yoga

Special yoga clothes - comfortable and do not restrict movement
Yoga mats - their soft surface and large size allows you to comfortably practice all yoga positions

Martial arts

Gloves for combat sports - secure the wrists and protect both the fighter and his opponent
