The MERACH R07W1 workout bench combines the benefits of deep squats and rowing, offering a comprehensive full-body workout. In a single fluid movement, you can effectively engage the muscles in your legs, glutes, core, back, and arms. Thanks to its wide range of adjustments, the machine is suitable for users with a height of 150 to 210cm. You can adjust the training intensity using three resistance bands with a resistance of up to 30kg. After your workout, you can easily fold and store the bench to save space.

Two Exercises in One Movement

The MERACH R07W1 machine is based on a design that combines two fundamental exercises into one fluid movement. The downward motion simulates a deep squat, specifically building strength in your legs and glutes, while the upward return engages your arms and back, similar to rowing. Your core remains active throughout the entire exercise, which helps to strengthen it and improve your overall posture.

Adjustable for Every Body Type and Fitness Level

You can easily adjust the intensity of the workout to suit your current fitness level. The machine includes three detachable rubber bands, each adding approximately 10kg of resistance. This allows you to gradually increase the difficulty of your training. The adjustable seat and handles ensure proper and safe exercise execution. The seat offers 5 levels of adjustment, and the handles have 4 different positions, making the machine suitable for various body types.

The integrated LCD monitor gives you a real-time overview of your workout. It allows you to track your progress and stay motivated as you work towards your goals.
