To make training on the trainer as effective as possible, the Xebex V.3 - Air Rower Generator features a backlit LCD display that offers 9 preset programs. The training computer allows the use of programs, like fast start training, RACE mode, where you set the pace, interval training, training for the target time, the target distance, target calories or number of shots, as well as heart rate training. In addition, it displays all the important information about the workout, and that's time, distance, watts, calories burned, number of shots, number of shots per minute and heart rate. This can be measured via a chest belt, which is not included in the package.

Smart Connect Ecosystem allows you to pair your trainerXebex V.3 - Air Rower Generator via Bluetooth with your smartphone or tablet and use various apps. Through apps, like Zwift, Kinomap, GymTrakr, Xert, The Sufferfest or RGT Cycling, you can do interactive training with friends, group races, personalised training plans or view your training history. In addition, you'll have apps designed for group training via ANT+ technology, namely Selfloops Group Training and PerfPRO Studio.
