SPECIES NERVINAE PLANTA is a traditional herbal medicine used to calm nervous exhaustion, irritability and tension, for milder forms of insomnia and neurasthenic syndrome (alternating irritability and fatigue, headaches, concentration disorders, sleep disorders). It relieves the digestive discomfort accompanying these conditions. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use. The product can be taken by adolescents from 12 years and adults. If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 4 weeks of starting treatment, see a doctor. Take the product for a maximum of 6 weeks. The pack contains 20 funnel bags.
Dosage and method of use
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over 1-2 sachets, leave to infuse for 10 minutes and then remove the sachet. Drink preferably at night 1/2-1 hour before bedtime. Serve 1 cup from 1 sachet to adolescents weighing up to 40 kg.
Contraindications
Read the package insert carefully. Do not administer the product to children under 12 years of age. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the product or to menthol. Due to the St. John's wort content, do not use when hypersensitive to sunlight, especially for fair-skinned people. In addition, do not use in severe nervous system disorders, do not administer in organ transplant patients or in HIV-positive patients treated with protease inhibitors.
Notice
For gallstones or other diseases of the bile ducts, consult a doctor about the use of the tea. The product may adversely affect activities requiring increased attention (driving, operating machinery, working at heights). This activity can be carried out no earlier than 2 hours after ingestion. Avoid intense sunlight or other sources of UV radiation when using products containing St John's Wort. The preparation contains St. John's wort, which can adversely affect the effect of hormonal contraceptives. Due to the lack of data, the use of the product in pregnancy and during lactation is not recommended. With an overdose, drowsiness is possible, which subsides within 24 hours. Do not take this product if you suffer from gastroesophageal reflux (the return of stomach contents back into the oesophagus, manifested by heartburn), as your problems may be intensified. The user is advised to consult a physician if symptoms of illness persist when using a traditional herbal remedy or if side effects not listed in the package insert occur. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging as being applicable until. Return the unusable medicine to the pharmacy.

Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep in original packaging to protect the product from light and moisture. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
