Simple length adjustment
The length adjustment is done by loosening the 2 screws and moving the buckle. The lever buckle is then used to quickly put on or take off the belt. The belt is attached to the waist, the buckle is opened, the opposite end of the belt is placed on the 4 pins in the buckle and the belt is tightened with the lever. During training, there is no need to waste time stretching the belt over the classic buckle and finding the right holes.
