Fitness Machines

Fitness machines focus on specific movements, such as jogging, cycling, rowing, stair climbing, and more complex movements. Accordingly, each machine targets different parts of the body. When choosing a fitness machine, consider the type of training you want to do and the parts of your body you want to exercise.

Types of fitness machine

Treadmills - used for indoor walking or running; there are motorised and non-motorised models, which are powered by your own movement.
Exercise bikes - the basis of every home gym, exercise bikes simulate cycling and often monitor your heart rate, distance travelled and calories burned.
Ellipticals - combine the functions of an exercise bike and a treadmill to simulate the natural movement of the body. They can be manually operated or controlled using the current heart rate of the user.
Rowing machines - exercise muscle groups in the back, hands, legs, buttocks and abdomen. A great combination of aerobic exercise and strength training.
Steppers - simulate walking up stairs; suitable for strengthening and burning fat in the legs, hips and buttocks.
Fitness benches - the perfect accessory for strength training with dumbbells and weights.
