HMS Premium L8022 adjustable

The HMS Premium L8022 is a straight, adjustable bench with stops and expanders, ideal for training with dumbbells and a weightlifting axle. The backrest is adjustable to 5 positions - one straight and four with a negative inclination. In the horizontal position, the bench is suitable for most exercises with dumbbells. When set at a negative angle, it can be used as an inclined bench for abdominal strengthening. For this purpose, the model is equipped with a pull-out frame with stops that can be adjusted to three height positions and four different angles. The leg stop also has three possible distances. This makes the frame one of the main advantages of the bench - it allows precise adaptation to different physiques and ensures safe and comfortable training of sit-ups.

Comfortable design and practical equipment for effective training

The back support is made up of a solid board with a high layer of foam padding to ensure maximum comfort during exercise. The ergonomic, carbon-look synthetic leather cover is sweat-resistant and prevents unwanted slipping during training. The foam rollers are made of EVA material, which provides high comfort and durability. Also included are two expanders, ideal for basic strength training. For easier handling, the bench is equipped with transport wheels located on one of the stabilizers.
